Buying A School Uniform For Your Child

Basic school uniform is a requirement at many infant schools in the UK whether they are state, church or private. Some schools are relatively relaxed and require sweatshirts bearing the school logo, others favour full skirt or trousers, shirt, tie, jumper and blazer combinations. Often school uniforms can be purchased from a nominated supplier who is able to provide the necessary school colours and requirement.

School Uniform is usually available in a variety of sizes. As children of the same age can be wildly differing sizes and heights, it is easier to look for the measurements rather than the recommended age. Due to wear and tear and your child’s development a uniform may only last one year and you may be looking to purchase again the following year.

Boys and Girls School Uniforms tend to be sold separately. It might be useful to have two or three identical items to help with the weekly laundry.
