This is a fantastic follow on from Tracy Hogg original book with so much more added. If you have ever wondered how to get your little one into a routine that is flexible and easy to follow this is the book for you. I started my little one on Tracy’s routine when she was five weeks old and she now only wakes once in the night and falls straight back to sleep with the use of a Dream feed. Tracy also goes through the wonderful art of swaddling your little one which also helps with sleep.
